Helping Students Make Music

United Way Spain is inspiring young people through an innovative musical creation and production program. This educational project conducts workshops where students learn technical skills, including sound recording, musical composition, production, and mastering. Under the guidance of volunteers, students learn how to use voice, diction, and dynamics to create engaging podcasts, videos, and songs. So far, United Way Spain has engaged 80 students and 39 volunteers in this initiative.

By the end of this project, students will develop their own work to share with the rest of the world.

During the workshops, students experience the practical life of a multimedia producer. They discover the processes surrounding the creation of any multimedia production and engage with the legal and business aspects of the industry. Through teamwork and new technologies, students test their creativity, practice active listening, and envision themselves participating in the corporate world.

This methodology supports secondary and vocational students in discovering training and work options in music production and video.
