Providing COVID-19 Prevention Messaging in Kazakhstan

In Kazakhstan, the USAID has supported the Red Crescent in training trainers throughout the country to provide COVID-19 prevention messaging. Zhaniya Aldekeyeva volunteers with the Red Crescent to help with raising awareness surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic. She has helped to spread awareness by contacting private clinics and asking to leave informational leaflets for their patients, posting content on social media, and reaching out to members of their community to inform them regarding safety measures as well as sharing informational materials.
